At SADILUX, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective or not working properly
- Incorrect item received
You are eligible for a FREE replacement (exchange).
To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your Order Number.
- Send clear photos or a short video showing:
- The damaged or defective product
- The shipping label
- The product packaging
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
2. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- No longer needed
- Ordered by mistake
- Found a better price elsewhere
- Personal preference
Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once delivered unless they arrive damaged or defective.
These may include:
- Personal care products
- Beauty products
- Health & wellness items
- Opened or used products
4. Exchange Conditions
Exchange requests will only be approved if:
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Photo/video evidence is provided.
- The product has not been intentionally damaged or misused.
- Our support team verifies the claim.
5. Refund Policy
As a dropshipping store, we generally provide replacement/exchange instead of refunds.
Refunds will only be considered if:
- The replacement product cannot be provided.
- The item is permanently out of stock.
- We are unable to fulfill the order due to our error.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2 business days.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
7. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed due to:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Customs clearance
- Public holidays
We appreciate your patience, as these situations are beyond our control.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
