There are no hidden shipping charges.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Dubai: 1–3 Business Days
  • Abu Dhabi: 2–3 Business Days
  • Sharjah & Ajman: 2–3 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number (where available) via email or SMS.

If tracking is not available, our customer support team will be happy to assist you with your order status.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver due to:

  • Incorrect contact information

  • Refusal to accept the order

The order may be returned or cancelled.

Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may result in restrictions on future orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders within the UAE.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and make the payment at the time of delivery.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.
